Butterhead Lettuce

BL 203

A new concept of Cappuccina lettuce that allows consumers to keep lettuce in their garden for a long time, thus allowing them to consume a salad a day.

Cleaning and cutting the leaves of BL 203 is quick and easy, just cut the terminal part of the head, since the base of the plant has an optimal shape, with a very small cutting scar, and a cap that is never tight.

• Cappuccina lettuce suitable for open fields for spring, summer and autumn cycles.
• Sowing period: from the end of January to July.
• Compact but not tight plant, very bright medium green colour.
• Reduced cut scar. Flat, firm, white base.
• High tolerance to bolting even in midsummer.

• Medium green, very bright capuchin.
• Very early cycle, around 30-35 days after transplant.
• For transplants in open fields with sowing from January to September.
• A small plant that tends to form a compact, very heavy and very full heart.
• Flat and tight bottom, small and white cut.
• Excellent tolerance to bolting, even in midsummer.
• High resistance to Tip Burn.
• Good tolerance to Fol 1.
