ripening it presents a beautiful amaranth color. Very high specific weight and no empty fruits. Excellent resistance to overripening and

shelf life. Average weight 180-250 g.

Remarks

Altought it is similar to an oxheart tomato, the flavor is strongly better in terms of sweetness, acidity and juiceness.
